Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

AskPapers is a fully digital, online-only service. Nothing physical is ever shipped, mailed or couriered to you. This page explains how and when you get access to what you've paid for.

1. No physical goods

We do not sell or ship any physical product. All plans and features — search, worked solutions, mark schemes, diagrams and revision notes — are delivered electronically through your account on the AskPapers website. There are no delivery addresses, couriers, tracking numbers or shipping fees.

2. When you get access

• Access to paid features is granted immediately and automatically once your payment is confirmed by our payment provider — there is normally no waiting period.
• You will see your account upgrade reflected on the site as soon as you are redirected back from checkout. In rare cases where a payment provider's confirmation is delayed, access is granted as soon as we receive that confirmation, and almost always within a few minutes.
• Recurring plans renew automatically at the start of each billing period, with continued access carrying straight over — no re-delivery or re-activation step is needed.
• The Session Pass is active from the moment of purchase until its stated end date, shown to you before you pay.

3. If access doesn't appear

If you've paid but your account doesn't show the expected plan, first try refreshing the page or signing out and back in. If that doesn't resolve it, contact us with your payment reference and we will verify the payment and activate your access by hand — normally within one business day.

4. Service availability

We aim to keep AskPapers available at all times, but as with any online service, brief interruptions for maintenance or unplanned downtime can occur. These do not extend or otherwise affect your subscription term. See our Terms of Service for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
